With over 25 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Karolyn is committed to driving quality into products and the processes that support them. She joined PayNet in 2006 — later acquired by Equifax — where she built mission-critical QA processes and teams supporting product development and data quality in the commercial risk assessment space.

At Equifax Commercial, Karolyn led strategy and team alignment through early cloud transformation efforts, then applied her expertise to production and delivery channels, creating greater efficiency through well-designed processes and self-sufficient teams.
